FirstChoice Care Providers offers Plan Management services to NDIS participants. Plan Management involves a provider, to manage your NDIS Plan funding. This service is provided by Plan Managers.

As an NDIS participant, you will undergo an assessment to determine your needs and the available support options that can meet them. Once your level of need and eligible programs have been identified, a plan will be developed in collaboration with an NDIS representative, yourself, and any designated service providers. This plan will be executed, reviewed, and revised as necessary throughout your NDIS program participation.

Our Plan Management service at Firstchoice Care Providers makes your NDIS experience hassle-free. We handle the day-to-day administration of your NDIS Plan, including receiving invoices from providers, verifying their accuracy, confirming service delivery, claiming money from the NDIA, making payments to your providers, and sending you regular updates on your Plan usage. We will work with you to allocate funds to support and services that will help you achieve your goals.
