SDA is an accommodation service that caters to individuals with disabilities who require specialized housing solutions to meet their high support needs. The primary aim is to provide full support to those who experience severe functional impairments.

 

Eligible NDIS participants will receive a proportion of funding to cover crucial support needs through SDA. SDA funding provided by the NDIS will encourage the development of new high-quality dwellings suitable for use by eligible NDIS participants.
